Terms of Service

The short version

kdstats.com is a free tool for looking up game statistics and working out what it would take to reach a target K/D. You can use all of it without an account. There is an optional paid subscription whose only effect is to remove the adverts — no statistic, game or feature is ever moved behind it.

Who we are

kdstats.com is an independent site. It isn't affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Ubisoft, Riot Games, Epic Games, Blizzard, Mojang or any other game publisher. Game names, logos and artwork belong to their respective owners.

The statistics

Statistics come from each game's own public data, retrieved through third-party providers. We present them as they are returned to us. We can't guarantee they are accurate, current or complete, and a provider may change, delay or withdraw its data at any time — in which case a game may stop working here without notice.

The calculator is arithmetic, not advice. What it tells you is what the numbers imply, not a prediction of how you will play.

Accounts

You only need an account to subscribe. Signing in works by emailing you a one-time code; there is no password. Keep access to your email address secure, since anyone who can read your inbox can sign in as you. Tell us if you think someone else has used your account.

You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live. The site isn't directed at children under 13.

Subscriptions and payment

Premium costs $3.99 per month or $35 per year, charged in advance. It renews automatically until you cancel. Prices are in US dollars; your bank may convert and may charge for doing so.

Payments are handled by Paddle.com Market Ltd, who act as the merchant of record and as the reseller of this subscription. Paddle collect any tax due and appear on your statement. We never see or store your card details. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle's own buyer terms.

You can cancel at any time from your account. Cancelling stops the next charge; your subscription keeps working until the end of the period you have already paid for. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

If prices change, existing subscribers keep their current price until their next renewal and will be told before it applies.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• scrape, resell or redistribute data from the site in bulk;
• automate requests in a way that degrades the service for other people;
• attempt to gain access to accounts, systems or data that aren't yours;
• use the site to harass, dox or shame another player.

Statistics shown here are already public in the games themselves. That doesn't make it acceptable to use them against someone.

Availability

The site is provided as it is, without warranty of any kind. We don't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of it, including a game, at any time — usually because a provider stopped supplying data.

If a game becomes unavailable during a paid subscription period, the subscription is not affected, because what you paid for is the removal of adverts rather than access to any particular game.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for anything arising from your reliance on a statistic shown here. Where liability can't be excluded, it is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim — which, if you have never subscribed, is nothing.

Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.

Ending your access

You can stop using the site whenever you like, and delete your account by asking us. We may suspend access if these terms are being broken, in which case any unused portion of a paid period is refunded unless the breach was fraud or abuse.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain. Your statutory rights in your own country still apply.

Changes

If these terms change, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes affecting subscribers will be emailed before they take effect. Continuing to use the site means you accept the current version.
